Pre-Ordering
We suggest you place your balloon
order at least 24 hours or more before the day of your party.
This will allow the HI-FLOAT solution to dry and help reduce
your rush on the party day allowing you to simply pick up
your balloons and get to the party on time.
Forgot to pre-order? We do our best to accommodate
"walk-in" orders
however there may be a wait depending on customer traffic.
WHAT IS HI-FLOAT ?
HI-FLOAT is a solution that
contains a special water soluble plastic.
It dries inside the latex balloon to form a barrier coating
which helps hold helium inside. This coating greatly increases
the floating life of the balloon. Pre-ordering your balloons at least
4-5
hours prior to pick up allows the
Hi Float solution to set. This will also make the latex balloons
stronger, more flexible and less likely to pop.

Seasonal
Temperature Changes
In the winter, the Hi-Float Gel may freeze if it has not
been given
enough time to dry. The cold weather will also cause Mylar
(foil) balloons to contract as though they are loosing air.
Please take your balloons
home and back to room temperature as soon as possible. Generally, Mylar's
will "re-inflate" when the temperature returns to "normal".
However, the longer they are exposed to cold temperatures
the
less they will "bounce back" to full size.
During the Summer months balloons will
expand in the heat and may
pop if too hot. Please do not leave your balloons in a parked car as
the heat factor will be magnified. We highly recommend that
you go
straight home, remove the balloons from the bag(s)
and Keep them in a
cool place, indoors until needed. If your party is going to be
outside
you should leave the balloons indoors until 20-30mins before
the party
begins. Once the balloons go outside Mother Nature and the Elements
such as wind, rain, sunlight and temperature will determine
how long the balloons will last.

Hospitals and Schools

Latex balloons are not permitted in
the hospital, as some people can have severe
allergic reactions to them. Mylar (foil)
balloons are welcomed. This same restriction
applies to many nursing homes, schools and
daycares. If you would like to take balloons
into one of these facilities we suggest you call
ahead and ask if there are any restrictions at
that location

We offer a wide variety of

If you cannot find one appropriate for your function
Latex balloons can be printed with a custom logo or wording

Turn around time is approximately
10 - 14 business days.
The minimum run for printing is 250 balloons

The printing company we work with
operates with a Macintosh®
computer
system.
Art files must be line
art/vector image in Adobe Illustrator CS4 or below.
Corel Draw files, or Freehand files, and Adobe InDesign must
be exported
(not copied and pasted) as AI or EPS files.
Quark, Publisher files, and processing files such as Microsoft Word documents
are not accepted.
